No Returns Accepted

Due to the specialised, research-only nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances once an order has been shipped.
All sales are final after dispatch.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered in the limited situations outlined below and are subject to verification.

Missing Parcels

If the shipping carrier officially confirms that your order has been lost or is missing in transit, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

A full refund, or

A replacement shipment

The final resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis following confirmation with the carrier.

Order Cancellation

You may request an order cancellation before dispatch:

If the cancellation request is received and approved prior to shipment, a full refund will be issued.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation and refunds are no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us assess and resolve the issue promptly, please provide:

Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product

Photographs of the outer shipping package

Photographs of the inner packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Fraudulent or Invalid Claims

Elevatepeps Ltd reserves the right to deny any refund or replacement request if a claim is found to be fraudulent, misleading, incomplete, or unsupported by sufficient evidence.

All claims are carefully reviewed, and we may request additional information or documentation before making a final determination.
